Durability

In his older armor, he tanks flying into an island at high speeds, sending cracks throughout the entire island:

At 2% power, his shields can tank multiple nukes:
Speed
Flies to the Sun with Sentry, which is FTL (I know speed in space works differently than in Earth, but Iron Man was like two seconds behind Sentry, who is FTL. So it's safe to assume that he's around that area of speed):
His repulsors are light speed:
Reacts and dodges light speed repulsors:
Flies from New York to Latveria in 18 seconds (@noone1996 for the calculations). Latveria is a fictional place, so it's hard to find the distance between it and New York. However, Latveria is surrounded by the Carpathian Mountains, which is a real life place. The distance between New York and the Carpathian Mountains is 4,616 miles. Iron Man arrived there in 18 seconds. This means he was flying over Mach 1,200:
His mind can process in picoseconds:
Weaponry
Has thermocouples that can absorb heat, lightning, and cold related attacks to amp his armor:
Has microscopic telepathic tasers that electrocutes telepaths:
His unibeam is over two times hotter than the Sun, which is 5,778 K:
Countermeasures from being transported (or BFR):
