    If Joe West is Barry's adoptive father, and Iris is his daughter, wouldn't that make her Barry's sister?

    Joe was Barry's foster guardian. His dad is still alive and has had a good relationship with Barry growing up. Iris is just Barry's best friend who he lived with for 10 years. It's not like they were living together as siblings since they were babies.
