    Short summary describing this issue.

Volume 1 last edited by KillerZ on 11/11/23 10:03AM View full history

Get in on the ground floor! This massive hardcover collects the first 13 issues of Robert Kirkman's Eisner-Nominated super-hero, along with all the extras from the first three trade paperback volumes and even more on top of that! Invincible: The Ultimate Collection, Volume 1 is a can't-miss for anyone who's wanted to start reading Invincible, but needed an easier way to start from the beginning.

    Back Blurb

Collecting the first 13 issues of what is probably the best superhero comic book in the universe.

Mark Grayson is just like most everyone else his age. He's a senior at a normal American high school. He has a crappy part time job after school and on weekends. He likes girls quite a bit, but doesn't quite understand them. He enjoys hanging out with his friends and sleeping late on Saturdays (at least until the good cartoons come on)> The only different between Mark and everyone else his age is that his father is the most powerful superhero on the planet, and as of late, he seems to be inheriting his father's powers.

But that's only the beginning of Mark's problems.

For a while now several friends of mine have been gushing about how great Robert Kirkman's Walking Dead was so I checked it out. It was OK but I am not really into Zombies, then after I did a bit of research I found out he had another ongoing, a superhero title Invincible. I read my friends trade and I was hooked and ordered the first Ultimate Collection r...

    Superheroes away! 0

Brief Introduction:   For a long time now, I had always believed that the only comic book companies that created superhero comics were Marvel and DC and it is true that they have been creating superhero comics for many years now.   However, when I found Robert Kirkman and Cory Walker’s latest creation and Eisner Award nominated series “Invincible” from Image comics; I was actually shocked that an independent comic book company would produce a superhero comic!   “Invincible” is a superhero comic ...
