Mark is one of the greatest heroes on Earth and is the son of Omni-Man, the new emperor of the Viltrumite empire. Invincible is a true hero to the very end.
Atom Eve is a super hero in Robert Kirkman's Invincible comic series and the main female lead. She has the power of Transmutation and is capable of transforming matter into anything she desires. Currently she has reunited with Invincible and the two finally got married and are now prepared to end the threat of the Viltrumite Empire under Thragg.
Allen the Alien is a Unopan, a race of one eyed aliens that escaped destruction by the Viltrumites. He is the current leader of the Coalition of Planets.
Battle Beast nearly killed Invincible and almost defeated the Guardians of the Globe all in search for worthy adversaries. His race is part of the Coalition of Planets.
Amber Bennett attended high school with Mark Grayson. She was his first girlfriend but the two have since broken up.
Black Samson is a super powered hero of the Invincible comics. He has been a member of both incarnations of the Guardians of the Globe.
Bulletproof is a member of the Guardians of the Globe, and had recently taken over the name Invincible, working with Atom Eve to cover for Mark while he is sidelined with the Scourge virus. He is currently Bulletproof once again now that Mark has regained his powers.

The Immortal is a member of the Guardians of the Globe. He was one of two people to survive when Omni-Man killed all members of the original team.
Deborah Grayson is the wife of Omni-Man and mother of Invincible.
Monster Girl is a hero that can turn into a troll-like monster on command. She is actually an adult, but everytime she transforms she gets younger, so she looks like a child now.

Angstrom Levy was a man with the ability to travel to alternate realities who had a horrific accident with the technology that allowed him to do so. He blames Invincible for this and has since become a very serious recurring threat to him.
Shapesmith is a martian with shape shifting abilites. He impersonated an astronaut and came to Earth, leaving the real astronaut on Mars. On Earth he joined the Guardians of the Globe.
Cecil is the head of the Global Defense Agency and is in charge of the Guardians of the Globe.
CEO Gary Hampton was mauled by a werewolf while on a family vacation. Deciding to use his evil curse for good, he became the Astounding Wolf-Man. While in werewolf form he possesses superhuman senses, strength, agility, stamina, and healing. Extensive training has given him almost full control over this transformation.
Chloe Hampton is the daughter of Gary Hampton (Wolf-Man).
Gary Hampton's former butler, who remains a steadfast friend and ally even after Gary lost his job and was forced to fire him. He is currently Chloe Hampton's legal guardian.
