Are the Incorruptible andIrredeemable titles running at the same time? Or did one of those titles replace the other?

I think the events of both take place at the same time, or in the same chronology at the very least. One would pressume they do after seeing the effects of The Survivor declaring his proposition to the villains of the world, to which we saw the effects in Incorruptible as well.

 Finally a crossover issue!
Incorruptible #23 - we see Plutonian and Max Damage.

They are happening at the same time, although i don't know if there's a ton of crossover.
