    Soviet spy sent to the US who pretended to be an intelligent bear to discredit US authorities.

    Discovered a nuclear test had turned him into his costume.

    Member of the Alpha Gen Soviet Super Soldiers, was put into cyro sleep. Was awakened by an attack and fought The Order- was called Jetpack Bear by one of their members.
