    Hy Dralerny is a member of the Nameless Nine, a sinister and secret cabal. Hy wants to help the current governor of the state of Missiansas. To accomplish his goals, he plans to act against the candidate Henry Doyle, even it means injuring Doyle's daughter, Betty.

    Hercules, who has taken Leo Nymia's spot as gang leader, fights against Dralerny's evil plot.
