Art - The art is consistent with the previous issues. The line art is well done and looks nice, but the coloring is far to light-handed as if the colorist is afraid of doing anything more than flats even though it is clear from what he has done that he doesn't need to be.

Story - While this month isn't a repeat of the last 2 issues it also isn't very good. 6 pages are spent on Huntress talking to herself, nothing interesting happening, Huntress sneaking in, and then listening to a conversation that gives us some information that is then repeated in the very next scene... which is followed by Huntress talking to herself some more and going to a place that we're not informed of why she'd go there just so she can get into a fight with somebody, but instead of continuing the flow of that fight we are then taken to another scene... the previous place... where the main guy turns up only to then be sent to another scene to be bored with the introduction of the character that we were informed about.... and then we return to the fight with Huntress which is anti-climatic... and that's the end. This is a jumbled mess that doesn't tell the story that it is trying to tell well, but at the same time it's not a very good story to begin with and should not be a mini-series. This is more of a filler arc in a long running story.

Characterization - If nothing else there is a bunch of characterization of Huntress. Unfortunately it's badly done as it adds nothing to the story and takes up time in what is already filler.

Recommendation - It's not bad, but it is not really worth the buy. Read it in the store if you have to read it.

Although there is nothing inherently great about this issue, it is a highly stylized effort from the creative team which ends up being greater than the sum of its parts.  Helena is still on the trail of the human traffickers and must intercept a meeting at Pompeii among the ancient ruins.  There is a kind of funny mini standoff to get to this point but once she gets there she gets into a much bigger scuffle.  So much works so well here, between the dialogue and the pacing that even the little bi...

The Story: The Huntress continues to track down Moretti, a powerful mob boss known to being involved in trafficking women. My Thoughts:This is the third issue of this mini-series marking its halfway point. So far writer Paul Levtiz has created fun, edgy, action-packed thriller re-introducing the world to the Huntress. Lost but not forgotten, the Huntress was given a limited mini-series that feels as if it should be an on-going series. It's easily better than half the other series DC is publishin...
