John Matthews died on September 11th, 2001 in Tower Two of the World Trade Center...or so everyone thinks. Bad debts, gangsters and a corporate scandal drove Ed to fake his own death. But now his secret is out, and it's time to pay his debts. He's a dead man unless he gets a second chance. The question is, will Christopher Chance take the job?

Part one of Ground Zero. Peter Milligan's exploration of the events of 9/11.

The Unshredded Man is a great two part story that only Peter Milligan can tell.  The Premise is there is a man who fakes his death in 9/11 because he was a crooked accountant named John Matthews.  This issue would be the set up to the story, John Matthews decides to try to blackmail his former bosses and it gets a little messy and Chris is hired on to help.  The Good This story is accessible, you don't need to read any of the older stories because the Frank White tread is put to rest for now.  ...
