Why everybody say that the grey Hulk is weaker than savage?

or that Professor/merged Hulk is stronger/weaker but can´t go stronger?

Not doubting is that i have seen people point out this and never saw any scans that prove their point. Even worse i have seen people arguing confliting things about professor/merged power but nobody bring any scans and the last thing is untrue

Joe fixit is the weakest of the hulks,that doesn't mean he is a weakling,but he has a lower base strenght and increases in strenght more slowly than Savage

Profesor Hulk has the failsafe that it he got too angry he turns to Banner

Because they are. Prof. Hulk can't get as angry or he'll revert back to Banner and Gray Hulk is just shown to be many times weaker.

Because of feats and because Banner himself said so

Professor Hulk also put a limiter on himself, if he ever gets too angry he turns back to Banner

So he can never go all out like Savage Hulk can.
