What are Banner's intelligence feats? how does he compare to Black Panther, Hank Pym, Tony Stark, Reed Richards, Dr Doom, etc?

I rember him making a shield that could protect him from hearld tier characters and a suit that not even savage hulk could break(I think)

Banner's like low high tier compared to guys like Tony, Pym, Panther, etc

Banner invented a virus that Tony Stark could not crack. Banner invented bannertech. He invented a time bomb that stops time. Banner has feats as a biologist. In Fall of the Hulks he has several feats against the other top brains in Marvel.

This is a loaded question that will get different answers. According to Marvel, Stark is smarter.

Anyway Banner actually has some really good moments and showings, the problem with him is he spends at least 90% of his time as a giant green rage monster, so he doesn't get much opportunity to showcase his intelligence.

I would say when it comes to pure IQ and intelligence he is probably second only to Reed and maybe Doom. Obviously some are better in some fields others are better in other fields, Bruce is obviously the best expert in Marvel when it comes to stuff like radiation.

And yeah, Bruce has got the short end of the stick for decades because he's simply not around enough to show how smart he's supposed to be. That's changed a good bit over the last few runs with the whole Bannertech stuff and a lot more tech showings, thankfully

I think Tony is smarter at being a mechanic, but Bruce is smarter at chemicals.

Banner is smarter, however, Tony is better at taking that knowledge and creating stuff.
