As some people know, Stan chose Thor as his victor on Hulk vs. Thor debate, and his reasoning was ;

“I would have to say Thor, because strong as Hulk is, he’s still a mortal, but Thor is one of the Norse gods,”

And here we go;

This June, horror has a name.

You’d never notice the man. He doesn’t like to be noticed.

He’s quiet. Calm. Never complains.

Why, you can walk up and shoot him in the head…And all he’ll do is die.

Until night falls. And someone else gets up again.

The name is Banner.

The horror is THE IMMORTAL HULK.

Stan, you need to change your reasoning because Hulk isn't a mortal.

I don't like the idea of a horror Hulk tbh...

Thor was stated to be immortal multiple times so that statement does not mean anything to us. As for Stan's statement, that's his subjective opinion and it is something we have to respect. It does not necessarily mean we have to agree with him tho. His reasoning behind it does not make a ton of sense. If anything, Hulk is much harder to kill due to his healing factor.

It all depends on who's writing. Even if you use feats to one is stronger than the other, an issue comes along where the other is shown to be superior.
