I don't like the idea of a horror Hulk tbh...

Thor was stated to be immortal multiple times so that statement does not mean anything to us. As for Stan's statement, that's his subjective opinion and it is something we have to respect. It does not necessarily mean we have to agree with him tho. His reasoning behind it does not make a ton of sense. If anything, Hulk is much harder to kill due to his healing factor.

It all depends on who's writing. Even if you use feats to one is stronger than the other, an issue comes along where the other is shown to be superior.
