Ang Lee Hulk has 3 stages to his anger, size, and power in the 2003 Hulk movie.
Film Facts
Ang Lee Hulk can lift at least 100 tons. This means he is capable of lifting above 100 tons.
The Hulk can cover 3 - 4 miles with every jump.
The Hulk is completely bullet proof.
The Hulk can achieve speeds up to 300 mph. This means Ang Lee Hulk's max running speed is 300 mph.
The Hulk's shoe size is bigger than Shaquille o'neal's shoe size.
The Hulk can hit with at least 14 tons per square inch implying he can hit with much greater power.
The Hulk gets stronger as his anger increases, but this does not mean Hulk has unlimited strength in the Ang Lee verse.
Hulk's skin is up to 10 times stronger than Kevlar.
Lifting/Striking Strength feats
Ang Lee Hulk has extremely high striking and lifting strength feats.
The Hulk easily kicks a couch and throws a man meter away into another hard enough to knock him out.

The Hulk fights and kills 3 super dogs roided up on gamma radiation energy.
The Hulk throws a gamma machine numerous meters away hard enough for the impact to crush a police car and take a police officier off his feet.
Hulk takes off the top part of an Abram tank with difficulty.
The Hulk throws an Abram tank anywhere from 1 kilometer to one mile away. The tank did not create any mach cone to suggest it traveling 343 meters per second (Mach 1) or faster.
The Hulk throws a rock 2.5 - 3 times the height, about the same width, and 2 times as thick as himself.
Speed/Reaction feats
Ang Lee Hulk is stunningly fast for a being of his size.

Comanche helicopters have a hard time targeting Hulk. Hulk is able to see camanche helicopter missiles allowing him to swat them away.

Hulk is knocked out and turned back into Banner from what seems to be a nuke. The jet opened from the center dropping a payload of one missile. Hulk was extremely weakened from Absorbing man absorbing tons of Hulk's energy. The nuke and gamma energy make a gamma bomb. Bruce seems to get his energy back by the end.
Calculations
I will only be doing calculations for his one or two best feats of each category.
Speed/Reaction:
Hulk's running speed has already been shown as 300 mph at the max. As for reaction speed, the helicopter seems to be a Boeing - Sikorsky RAH - 66 Comanche. Comanches were armed with AGM - 114 Hellfire missiles for air to ground attacks. These missiles have a speed of mach 1.3 (995 mph or 1,601 kmph). They were also armed with Hydra - 70 rockets for air to ground attack as well. These rockets travel at speeds of mach 2 (1,535 mph or 2,470 kmph). Ang Lee Hulk easily has super sonic reaction speed being able to dodge and catch the camanche missiles.
The missile Hulk catches was the AGM - 144 Hellfire. The other missiles Hulk dodged seemed to be the Hydra - 70 rockets. This means Ang Lee Hulk could catch mach 1.3 missiles and dodge mach 2 rockets.
Hulk is capable of jumping 4 miles in a single leap. In order to do this, Hulk would have to jump at 251 m/s - 270 m/s depending on the angle he jumps. This puts Ang Lee Hulk jumping speed between 904 kmh - 972 kmh.
Strength:
Hulk can lift 100 tons at least, so we know that for certain. The Comanche helicopter would weigh 10,600 lbs or 4,808 kg for a combat mission. According to the internet movie car database, the tank is a modified M1A1 tank. M1A1 tanks weight 67.6 short tons.

The tank was thrown 420 meters away according to the site above. The Hulks initial velocity of swinging the tank was 25.48 m/s and the release/final velocity was 84.725 m/s.
Using the formula for force which is mass * acceleration, Hulk would have outputted a ton of force.
Low end ( 25.48 m/s):
175.64 short tons
High end (84.725 m/s):
584 short tons

Judging from the size of the rock to Hulk, this rock would have weighed between 150 - 250 tons. Hulk is able to throw it tens of meters away after some of his gamma energy is absorbed by absorbing man. This means he was weakened before throwing this.
Durability:
Hulk has tanked F - 22 Raptor M61 Vulcan 20 mm machine gun fire. This cannon typically shoots 6,000 rounds a minute. He also tanked Camanche XM301 20 mm cannon fire. This cannon shoots up to 1,500 rounds a minute.
Hulk tanks a fall from great altitude.
The pilot claimed to be at a flight level of 950 or 95,000 ft which would be 29 kilometers up.
Impact velocity of 1,686.65 mph without air resistance.
Hulk's skin at his angriest becomes 10 times as strong as Kevlar. Kevlar has an ultimate tensile strength of 3,620 Mpa. Hulk's skin would then have a tensile strength of 36,200 Mpa. 36,200 Mpa = 5,250,366 PSI = a little over 2,625 tons of force required to break it per square inch.
Electricity or lightning is the 4th state of matter known as plasma. Lightning is 5 times hotter than the Sun's surface being 30,000 degrees celsius. Even cold plasma is several thousands of degrees celsius. A bolt of lightning produces 5 billion joules of energy in its time span. San Francisco uses 64.8 trillion joules of energy everyday. Absorbing man makes the city blackout, so he probably absorbs much more than this. 64.8 trillion joules is equivalent to around 16 kilotons of tnt. It isn't too far a stretch to say the absorbing man would be around the temperature of lightning.
Ang Lee Hulk's biggest durability feat. The only issue is Banner is already back in human form once the nuke hits as stated in the novelization. Water can act as a protective barrier to explosions as well probably not at the distance this nuke went off, but it is movie/comic book logic in the works here.

Great respect thread. In many ways the Ang Lee Hulk is still the best portrayal. The getting bigger with rage thing wasn't canon, but was quite novel and this Hulk really got stronger with anger.....
The leaping feats still haven't been beaten....the running feats haven't been repeated...... the reaction times were the best, like catching that rocket one handed....
He tanked a nuclear bomb (admittedly knocked out cold, but totally unharmed). He was also the only Hulk on cinema showcasing properly that rapid healing factor.....
Didn't like that Hulk was damaged by those cluster bombs and had to heal, but other than that, great.
Also, he lost consciousness at altitude which shouldn't happen.
..but certainly better than the efforts of the recent Hulk in Ragnarok...I know I hold a minority view on that one amongst Hulk fans!!!

He would only be nuke level AP if we use feats from the game (which is a sequel to the movie itself), where Hulk seems to scale to force that collapses a massive cave (the size of at least a small mountain tbh).
Also, he can slap away tank shells (if we count gameplay features).

Well Ang Lee Hulk is an inconsistent character, comes with the package, but he's taken tank rounds better than the standard DCEU/MCU characters would.
I mean it's confirmed to be a nuke, there's even a big blast before the radiation emission permeates the area. Don't see why it wouldn't be a more powerful one considering other statements of the film.
Not saying he is better or worse than MCU/DCEU, but being hurt by tank rounds still kinda means he is below nuke. And he did have some level of protection with a part of the tank, but he was still hurt by the shell impact.
It's a blast that does nothing to the area. The blast itself seems to be just a lightshow. And as I said, its gamma nature seems to affect Hulk and his father, so the water bubble is dissipates on its own, it does not seem to be dispersed by the nuke's force.
Either that, or that is the only KE the nuke contains we know of. Not sure how much that would be, though Hulk was not at the epicenter.
It's a gamma nuke. It releases radiation (no fireball or any discernible shockwave).

@superhero24: you forgot as well the fact that he has nanomeds in him, he feeds off of it, it was tested that when exposed to gamma it heals the host instantaneously, and he took the nuke to his face, its like firing a sun bomb at superman, and on this case, its like throwing food with a side of desert on bruce as that has no effect whatsoever, he will absorb it.
And this isn't even the tip of it, there was another website created in dedication to the hulk of 2003 and also if you added the scientific noted by his father at the intro which shows multiple animals and sea creatures and see there own other abilities, it will shock you just how powerful this hulk is along with betty ross's words that are actually true about this hulk.
That with the trauma he that goes on and on which fuels his rage and it is a fact as shown in children or people that have experience trauma have a tendency to lash out at anything like a cornered animal and so on and so forth.

@deactivated-6155f5fcc6972: he wasn't hurt by the tank shells, he took one to the face as he was running towards them, he was hurt by the tank rotator that fell on him but even then, he was becoming pissed than ever and did not even scratch him at all, its like stubbing your toe but recovering quickly as it landed on his chest.
