    It's artist rendition. There are plenty plenty plenty of pictures where she doesn't look like Jean.  
     
    She's a redhead with green eyes who is a PF wielder though, of course there are going to be some artists who draw them similarly.

    Other than having red hair, I don't see much of a similarity.  Face structure is completely different.

    @Green Skin: I think it was more the positioning of the head and the formatting of the panels. It was done intentionally, IMO.
