Honker was created for the tv show Darkwing duck as a sort of foil for Gosalyn.

    Major Arcs

    The Duck Knight Returns
Honker is abducted by the menacing Quackwerks Crimebots for illegally downloading music off the internet. While in jail, Quackwerks organization forces him to say one thing: the entire English language for some nefarious purpose (which turned out to be Taurus Bulba wanting to acquire the Gizmo Duck Suit).
It can be assumed that following Bulba's defeat, Honker was released from jail.
    Crisis on Infinite Darkwings
Honker encountered Gozmo Duck (gosalyn) capturing Gill-Duck Darkwing, but he heads home when she and Darkwing go to encounter Negaduck and Magica De Spell.
    F.O.W.L. Disposition
When Gosalyn thought Darkwing had been brainwashed by Steelbeak (won't be the first time), she takes up the personae of Quiverwing Quack (again) and drags Honker with her to F.O.W.L.'s home base. He is forced to be the Arrow Kid again. At the end of the adventure, he is reunited with his family.

    The Arrow Kid

When  Gosalyn became the Quiverwing Quack, she forced Honker to be "Arrow Kid". All he did was give her arrows.

    Negaverse Version

In the Negaverse (NegaDuck's universe), he was the opposite of his usual self. He was mean, and out spoken. Infact his brother, Tank was exactly like him and Honker was similar to Tank.
