Lord Hirochi was a leader of The Hand until it splintered during the Secret Invasion. When the Skrull Pagon was exposed for not being Elektra, Hirochi reunited the Hand by having Lady Bullseye kill Daredevil's allies then reincarnating them as members of The Hand.
