    Continuing Peter Milligan's run on Hellblazer, Hooked takes place after Scab and the Peter Milligan era becomes official with a new cover artist, Simon Bisley.  I may just be the only person who loved every cover Simon Bisley (Biz) has created for my favorite series.  Many people were jumping off Hellblazer at this time, it could be because Peter Milligan was planting seeds for the future that people were not seeing or maybe it was the economy at the time.  I collected the s...
