Story
Madness sweeps through the streets of the world due to the Shadow Dog, several people murder, go crazy and generally sick. Someone calls six very powerful magically adept persons to the crumbling remains of the Blue Thistle hotel,many are familiar faces such as Clarice, Map and Ravi(From Love Street).Also in attendence are Alba,Donatus Chalice,Nathan Arcane, tentions run high when they question who summoned them their.John steps out of the shadows revealing he summoned them,with a dagger in one hand and an engraved human skull in the other.Angie returns to Bedfordshire Psychiatric Hospital to discover her brother has returned to normal, he asks her to check him out because he has to show John his paintings of the shadow dog.At the hotel nobody is happy to see John as he makes them all swear either on the skull or dagger that they are who they say they are.Angie and Jason discuess the events that happened with the Celtic Ghosts, he states he was fully conscience during the possession and heard about the creature that escape with them aka the shadow dog.As madness continues spreading through the world heading to Bethlehem,Swamp Thing begins to make his move.John tells them about the origins of the shadow dog and how it can take any form,he states Domine Frederick's tried to one the three doors and failed.He continues to say that it escaped not long after,also it has come close to opening the doors before causing epidemic of madness and slaughter so terrible that they were edited out of history, he then tells them he needs all their help in order to stop the shadow dog.Angie and Jason travel on a train to see John when the shadow dog appears on the horizon due to a bloody sigal Angie is able to stop him.As the magicians begin to leave Alba begins screeching hysterically at Chalice. Insane with rage, Alba uses magic to skewer the hulking Chalice with two swords, leaving him dead on the floor in front of her. Map manages to stop her by using some of his own magic,Jason and Angie arrive to warn them that the Shadow Dog will seek to drive them mad before killing them.
