Watchmen universe. He has an assistant named
Seymour.
Rorschach oftenely purchases his newspaper from the newsvendor,
Bernie. The
Nova Express attacked his paper. He says that the
Nova Express may be run by communists. Hector Godfrey supported masked adventurers and stated that if the law doesn't unhold it can be broken to preserve the law. He often yelled at his assistant ,
Seymour. Hector Godfrey is very patriotic and loves his country.
