Hector Con Carne

History

Hector Con Carne was a millionaire playboy from Mexico who liked hosting lavish parties. He wanted to take over the world someday and decided to hire a mad scientist. Major Doctor Ghastly tried out but was rejected in favor of Cod Commando disguising himself as a nurse. Cod Commando set up a bomb at Hector's place, blowing Hector up and reducing him into a brain and stomach. Ghastly found them and preserved them in jars. Hector was disgusted that he is reduced to a brain. He later became attached to a Russian circus bear named Boskov. Seven years later, he formed Evil Con Carne with Ghastly and General Skarr, becoming a threat to the League of Nations lead by Abraham Lincoln.
