H.A.R.M.'s armor contains state-of-the-art weaponry, renders him nearly invunerable to attack, and is spiked in the back for additional destructive capacity.
Outside of his life as a supercriminal, H.A.R.M. was married to a woman called Dolores and was active member of the Church of Gort. After he was ambushed and killed in his house by the Majestic and Savant's WildCATs team, his funeral was celebrated in the Church of Gort tradition. However his funeral was again interrupted by the WildCATs, causing a gang war with the supervillians.
New versions of H.A.R.M. had appeared since then, only sharing the vicual characteristics of the first H.A.R.M.
