Where has she been since the 80s?

She was killed by Darkseid in 2004. Before that she spent her days in paradise island with the amazons. Donna Troy was a new harbinger for a while.

When I was a kid I was totally taken by Harbinger. She was a radical new concept as a character in comics for me at the time, as was all of Crisis on Infinite Earths. It was a shame they let her go the route she did. From nowhere to death, didn't get a chance to really explore her. I did like her coming to Paradise Island and finding a place among the Amazon's.
