Robby Reed was the first user of the H-Dial device and used it to become a variety of superheroes and fight evil, until he split himself in to two beings, becoming the hero known as the Wizard and the villain called the Master. Eventually he was fused back to together with help from Vicki Grant and Chris King.
Jerry Feldon came upon his H-Dial while working as a soda jerk at an ice cream parlor. An old woman, an H-Dialer from the 40s, it would seem, had left it on her plate. Jerry's first attempt at super heroics was less than a success.

Mark was the next person to find the H-Dial after Andrea Allen lost it.
Claire Allen was the wife of Matt Allen and mother of Andrea Allen.
