    Major Story Arcs

    Auberon Finds a Friend

A young Auberon, who lived in hiding with Aunt Dymphna and the caretaker Bridey, finds the little Gyvv one day while playing.

It is strange-looking but friendly so they let him keep it.

That night they unintentionally leave the house unprotected by spells, and powerful wood goblins try to enter. However, Gyvv grows in size and destroys them.

When Dymphna and Bridey find the remains of the goblins the next day, they realize how lucky they were, and how powerful Gyvv is. It must be a Fotch, the only being that could destroy a wood goblin.

    The Scrying Pool

Gyvv speaks with an unidentified woman long in the future. They discuss the end of the Faerie realm, and how it was different this time than in other iterations.

They note that Queen Titania once used her powers against Gyvv.

They look forward to the next time Faerie exists.

    Powers and Abilities

Gyvv is a "rare and magical beast of great power." It is capable of destroying a wood goblin; "only the most powerful magic" can drive one off. It is also one of only two beings that exist at the end of, and outside of, the Faerie realm, and who have witnessed many versions of it over time.
