Original solicitation:

IBIS THE INVINCIBLE: VOLUME 3

Gwandanaland Comics #53 --- The Magician Superhero of the Golden Age -- This Book: From Whiz Comics #40-70

250 pages - SUPERHEROES

NOTABLE: About 1/3 of the pages are low-resolution fiche. The availability of high-quality scans of Whiz Comics is difficult, so this book is for those who wish to have the largest collection possible of Ibis The Invincible, scars and all.

ALSO NOTABLE: Earlier volumes touted this as his complete collection. Those were innocent and uneducated days. This is not likely to be his complete collection anytime soon, although it will contain all his stories from Whiz Comics and his own series. He had scattered appearances in other places, however, that will be difficult to locate soon.

“IBIS, THE MAN OF MIRACLES, whose power of white magic has fought and conquered so much of evil and cruelty and crime --- where did he come from? What is the story of his origin, and whence came that wand which performs so many wonders?”

IBIS THE INVINCIBLE enjoyed a great long run. He had his own comic series, appeared in other comics across the board, and starred in WHIZ COMICS for many years. Gwandanaland Comics is bringing you the first and largest collection of IBIS stories!

This Book: His Stories From Whiz Comics 40-63 plus Mighty Midget Comics #11 (1942)!

Please Note: In September, 2018, upon discovering that not as many of the Fawcett issues were in the public domain as they believed, the publisher immediately and voluntarily pulled many of the books from their catalog. This trade paperback used to collect #40-70, but has been cut back to Whiz Comics #40-63, and added Mighty Midget Comics #11, so that all of the issues are public domain issues.
