    “Through years of association David is endowed with all the faculties of the cat family, to which tigers belong. He can see in the dark, leap from trees and buildings. His eyes glow and light up the darkness.

    “His return to the world we live in finds him a disappointed addition. The evils of the world scar his sense of righteousness, so that he decides to devote his life to combating evil....”

    MISS VICTORY: She is Joan Wayne (perhaps a distant fourth cousin or so to Bruce?), stenographer who becomes frustrated with and disgusted by politicians looking out for their own interests. She dons a patriotic consume and fights crime as MISS VICTORY. Although no explanation is given, she appears to be stronger and less vulnerable than the average person – perhaps fueled only be her patriotism! We have her complete stories – from CAPTAIN AERO and CAPTAIN FEARLESS comics!
