THE COMPLETE TALES OF THE MYSTERIOUS TRAVELER (FIRST SERIES) GIANT
Gwandanaland Comics #1885/1886 --- Fourteen Complete Issues
500 PAGES
“Nothing is unknown to THE MYSTERIOUS TRAVELER – neither the farthermost reaches of Earth nor the innermost recesses of men's hearts....” He is that dark figure off in the distance or just out of the corner of your eye, the all-seeing and all-knowing narrator of the macabre and shocking tales of time and space, man and his darkest secrets. Loosely based on the 1940s radio show, MYSTERIOUS TRAVELER ran for 13 chilling issues (1956-1959), with many issues featuring the art of the master and Charlton workhorse Steve Ditko. Gwandanaland Comics brings you the complete 1950s series!
NOTE: There was a second Charlton MYSTERIOUS TRAVELER series in the 1980s, which only ran for two issues. That is not included in this collection, both because it is not public domain and because three decades removed, it is not the same series. This collection does include a 1948 one-shot MYSTERIOUS TRAVELER, based on the radio program but not related to the Charlton series.
The issues are complete. To maintain the authenticity and feel of the original comics, some ads are included, but where an ad appears over and over in a 14-issue collection, we remove some duplicate ads to fit it into our 500-page maximum length.

LOWER PRICE -- THE COMPLETE TALES OF THE MYSTERIOUS TRAVELER (FIRST SERIES) GIANT
When we submitted this book for publication, we found this series ran over the maximum file size and had to be reduced to be accepted. Our choices were to use lower-resolution pages or take out ads. We took out the ads, and not only did we reduce the file size by 25%, it reduced the cost by about that much too! There were over 120 pages of ads (Charlton, you know) and now the book is [fourteen dollars cheaper]*
