BOB PHANTOM was a popular character, first in Blue Ribbon Comics (#2-3) and then Top Notch Comics (#3-25). He could disappear into a cloud of smoke and reappear someplace else, which came in handy against the terrible evildoers he fought, including his nemesis, the femme fatale Ah Ku.
