However, the issues in this book have all been confirmed to still be in the public domain.
This is a trade paperback collecting Ibis the Invincible stories from Whiz Comics #2, 7-39 (Fawcett, 1940) It originally collected #2-39, but. For some reason, the copyrights on issues #3-6 were renewed, and had to be cut from the collection.
