Hi, I'm wanting to get into the cosmic side of marvel, let me know if this list is ok, I'm wanting to obviously get into Thanos and Guardians of the Galaxy. Please add any books you think absolutely necessary to the Thanos storylines and Guardians of the Galaxy.

Where does 'Infinity' by Jonathan Hickman fit in?

Thanos doesn't really appear anywhere in GOTG v3 except at the Original Sin tie-in issues 18-21 which are pretty poorly written anyway.

Infinity... Guardians barely even register in that event despite (supposedly) being The cosmic threat response-team of MU. So you can save some bucks by simply skipping it for the most part and you only need issue 6 for Thanos really, unless you're an Avenger fan. Starlins Infinity novels about Thanos are something you should add in to your collection how ever.
