There's a new trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy. It's tempting to not watch but how can you resist? I'll fill you in a little, it doesn't exactly spoil much. There is some new footage and a bunch we've seen before. It's pretty cool and will bring a smile to your face.

I am Groot. The movie is in theaters on August 1, 2014. You're totally going to watch it as soon as it comes out, right?

Your description really makes me want to watch the trailer, Tony! I'm tempted, but I've only seen one trailer for this movie and it's because I was already in the theatre for Captain Anerica 2. We'll see if I can hold out until August 1st!

I actually dread watching GotG trailers because of that damn song. I much prefer Cherry Bomb by the Runaways. Really dig the new trailer.

Wow the Racoon really was annoying.

I've just always hated the song. Ally McBeal and that dancing baby didnt help matters.

Groot is priceless in this trailer. Also, Rocket is sounding good. When Bradley Cooper was cast, that was pretty much the voice I was expecting/hoping for out of him. The music in Guardians continues to be classy. Michael Rooker as Yondu looks super fun. All around great trailer.

Hey, Drax finally gets some lines. And Ronan gets a little focus. :D

No "Hooked on a Feelin'?" Mixed feelings about that. On one hand I liked it, on the other, a lot of people were sick of it.

While I love that song, I'll agree the "Cherry Bomb" is even more fantastic. Love me some Runaways. That kickass riff works very well for this slightly moodier, more action-based trailer.

I feel like the music selection being diegetically tied to what Peter would have/remember is brilliant.

With each new trailer I’m becoming even less interested in this movie than before.

This movie is going to rock.

These next three weeks can't go by fast enough.

I actually just got back from a special IMAX preview event and they showed the full prison scene and it's made these next three weeks unbearable while I wait for the main event.

Movie is going to rock. Rocket looks better with every trailer. Great to see Groot and Drax show a bit of their personalities too.

Why can't I full-screen the video? Oh well. it's still pretty awesome.

@cmaprice: I don't think Marvel really has the right to criticize DC for not having a WW movie yet. They haven't made a single movie centering around a female character yet. If the "DC roadmap," that was released a while ago, is real, then DC will probably release a WW film before Marvel gets out a movie with a female lead.

So much of this movie looks cheap and terrible , and Rocket Raccoon is one of the dumbest characters ever.
