    A mess of an issue.

    Believe it, this issue disappointed.
    Believe it, this issue disappointed.

Very much similar to issue #1 centering on Drax the Destroyer, issue #2 brings Rocket Raccoon into focus and starts out with a failed attempt at humor. Also like Drax, Rocket Raccoon longs is evidently bored with life and is relegated to making up war stories to get laid with some grotesque green alien, which he unsurprisingly fails at. The character never really seemed to fit on the team, especially in comparison to his more powerful teammates. In this issue all of his over the top bragging isn't believed by drunken bar patrons, no they don’t buy it for a second but somehow readers are supposed to take this character serious. Oh, well, there’s more at stake since there’s another like Rocket but who could ever guess what that is.

Another disappointment even for a free issue, it’s just unclear how these below average issues are supposed to spark interest in these characters, and furthermore their planned live action film.
