This I also like horror storytelling basics involved here as the action unfolds, but the strong character save this from deviating into too familiar territory.  The main cliché involved here is the typical “characters getting separated” in a horror setting, but at least it is handled better here as one of the characters simply decides she wants her medication and goes to fetch it.  This leads to some tense moments as the two doctors search the ground for the missing patient while the creature is...
