The story told here is that of the Pied Piper.  It is set against the modern day actions of two brothers, one of whom is guilty of embezzling money and about to be turned in.  As the story shifts to the past it tells a very similar story involving two brothers and their actions as they pertain to a modified Pied Piper.  As opposed to previous issue in this series the story here is much more relevant as it is much more realistic.  It even deals with the subject matter a lot more aptly, as it disc...
