The Grimbor the Chainsman wiki last edited by doughnut42 on 04/24/15 06:50PM View full history

Grimbor started out as an assistant locksmith. He used his talents to forge chains, create locks and restrains. These creations made him the most popular chains man in the universe. He created these for private use, including some questionable purposes. He also had a few dealings with the United Planets. Grimbor did not care for what they were going to use the restrains for, he only wanted to solve to various puzzles they presented him.

Grimbor was created in 1976 by Jim Shooter and Mike Grell.

Grimbor (Bronze Age)

Grimbor didn't start off being a villain. He was just a locksmith who created restrains and other things for people who wanted them. He loved the challenge that came with figuring out locks and restrains. One of the challenges brought him to an orphanage where he would met Charma, a mutant with the abilities to make males love her, and females to hate her. The headmistress wanted Charma locked away, but he fell under her influence and freed her. When Charma and him attempted to extort money from the billionaire R.J. Brande, they came into conflict with the Legion of Super-Heroes.
