ok, quick question because i'm slightly puzzled on this fact...

what is the current power of a Green Lantern ring?

is used to hold a standard charge for 24 hours, but now it seems the charge doesn't hold depending on how much they use it...

So what causes the main loss in power? space flight? construct creation? communication? using it's AI?

It seems fighting is the biggest drain, they don't last long at all now. They don't make 'em like they used to do they?

the power limits seems to vary from ring to ring... John and Guy's ring seem's to run out of power when just on basic missions, but Hal's run has enough power to move from dimension to dimension and still protect earth before going dead...

At the moment it seems to be like asking how much can Superman lift? Which is 'as much as he wants until they need him to not be able to.'

it's just got me a bit confused... especially with the "Alpha-Lantern" project on the horizon...

i guess they run out of power at the best point for dramatic effect in the plot.

we know as both Hal and Kyle have said before, The Green is infinite... i guess it's just a question of how much the rings can actually handle being pumped through them

And on the human side, how much the user can force out. With that picture above for example, it took some major effort for John to pull all that out.

That would seem to be the case, in some SA issues of GL, Hal's ring ran out of it's 24 hour charge just by flying to Alaska. That wouldn't take a whole day.

I think the biggest drop with the Green Power Ring is losing willpower, such as giving up, but it powers up again if you recover your willpower.
