They possess power rings capable of creating constructs characterized by their will and strength to use it. Each Green Lantern is given a Sector of the Universe to protect and it is their priority to suppress any threat against their sector.

    Um... really? I honestly thought the fake trailer from a year ago was better. Not a Marvel vs. DC thing but it seems like it is Ryan Rynolds being himself and I don't know the character too well other than seeing some cartoons with him in it, but seem Green Lantern was more of a straight lace guy, not so much with the jokes. Will reserve judgement till the movie comes out but I don't understand the costume at all, especially the mask. Just looks odd.

    Awesome!!! I personally think it looks great! Sure it could use a little polish, but these are more than likely unfinished shots. Should look even better by release!

    it's funny how ryan reynolds is the hal jordan in real life. they have the same freaking personalities and the look the same :P

    I'm sorry but the CGI suit just looks too fake and lame.
    My hopes 4 this movie have fell a bit more.
    It looks like a cheap Sci-fi channel movie.
    and i sense alot of cheesiness in this movie.
    God i hope im wrong.

    Now the audio from the San Diego teaser sounded like a different tone then the one in the ET cut teaser most likely to appeal to non comic book fans.

    Damn Kilowog looks great. I'll have to adjust to GL's costume though. I think this'll be a hit no matter what.

    I'm getting a Fantastic Four movie vibe from this. The action and dialogue is just so campy. I don't like to judge a movie from one bad clip though, so I'll wait and see. The effects look unfinished of course, but that's to be expected. I'm sure the movie won't look so bad once it's a finished product.
