    I've never read a Green Lantern comic before.I've only recently started getting into comics, and DC has never been an interest to me. Beyond The Flash, I've never found their heroes inspiring, interesting, or anything beyond god-like beings, over-powered and infrequently humanized. And, seeing as you need a 6 year background check to even start reading the most recent Green Lantern tales, I haven't had the time or money to bother.
