Green Lantern: Emerald Dawn II #5

Sinestro and Hal plan to hide in the prison where Hal has been incarcerated, but when they arrive, they find a group of prisoners have escaped and are searching for Hal's ring. When they don't find it, a full scale riot breaks out, and Willie and Guy are taken hostage.
 
This issue is the flipside to the last couple issues, here Earth (Hal's part of it) is in the grip of chaos, and Sinestro has to aid him in righting matters.
 
The series is coming to an end - it will be interesting to see how they wrap this up, as both Green Lanterns are now fugitives on their own worlds, and from the Guardians as well.
