    The Weaponer Gets An Appropriate New Weapon 0

    Tony Bedard brings his second story arc to a strong end, though it suffers a little from an unnecessary tie-in to Brightest Day that really adds nothing to the story.  This issue is heavy on the action as the Sinestro Corps go at it against the Qwardians with our cast of Green Lanterns stuck in the middle. Bedard has to juggle the action somewhat awkwardly to maintain the truce between the Sinestro Corps and Green Lantern Corps, which does complicate things a little more than is enjoyable, but i...

    It's the final battle between the Weaponer and Sinestro. Who will triumph?  The Good This story has been a lot of fun and very revealing about Sinestro's past and where his ring came from. It's the final battle, and it's on an epic scale. One of my favorite things from this issue was the constructs that Sinestro creates.     Cover:  Excellent art that displays exactly what is going on with regard to the storyline.  Randy Mayor's art creates a great feel for what you hope to expect in this epic conclusion, and in this one rare exception I actually prefer his art to Ed Benes'!
