Indigo Revealed
Doug Mahnke's pencils are amazing for this book. He adds a lot of details and I think that the characters look amazing when he is drawing. I also really like the way the constructs look in this issue. I also really like the backgrounds and I think that it was one of my favorite parts of the issue. I really love the story. I really like the amount of history of the Indigo Tribe you learn in this issue. I think it involves a lot of characters but it worked out so perfectly, it is mind blowing. I also really liked the characters in this issue. I'm not a fan of any of these characters, but this at least made me care and want to know more. I really liked the reveals here and I hope that we get to see more of the Indigo Tribe.
THE BAD:
I really hope the ending is fixable as I would like to see more of something.
THE VERDICT: 5/5 (Perfect)
I don't like Green Lantern and I'm not a huge fan of Geoff Johns, but this issue shattered expectations and really got me going for these characters and future issues. This is a great comic book in a series that is filled with them. I would recommend this to fans of Green Lantern and people who want to know more about a Tribe that has been very secret in the past. Pick this up and all the past issues. You won't regret it.
