Tired of being a rookie, Kyle Rayner sets out on a journey to learn from the legends of the DC Universe how to be a better hero. First stop...Gotham City and a visit with the Batman Family.

Kyle comes to to get advice from Batman on how to be a hero. He manages to botch batman and robin’s attempted apprehension of the criminals much to Batman’s dismay. Bruce ignores him and Robin gives him some words of encouragement. As Kyle’s chides himself for being a such a screw up and Alan shows up. He helps Allan save his wife and in return gets the advice he originally sought. Kyle continues on his journey as he departs.

In another Galaxy a Darkstar gets killed by a mysterious attacker.
