    Green Lantern #22 - Training Day 3

Cover Art: 4/5Billy Tan does a good job on the cover art with this weeks (6/30/13) installment of Green Lantern #22. The image very much correlates to the actual story, which is sometimes rare nowadays (see Superman # 21 if you need a prime example of covers not correlating to the story). Robert Vendetti and Billy Tan are bringing the heat. If there is anyone to fill the shoes of Geoff Johns and Doug Mahnke its these two. They are doing an excellent job. my only problem in this issue was the lack of story, although the action was awesome!for my full review go here-->https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L6TS5aIbh8oremember to like comment and subscribe...

The art in this is amazing as usual, and the dialogue and character interaction is still ...

I'm not sure if it's Venditti familiarizing himself with the Green Lantern Universe, or planning for new readers to be jumping on after Geoff Johns' supermassive run is over, but this issue reads very new reader friendly without being too pandering about it. It feels a LITTLE forced that St. Walker and a Star Sapphire just HAPPENED to show up to end up demonstrating some of the unique ways certain rings affect each other, but overall I feel like it's good the issue is so accessible and that acc...
