Crash Course
Finally, the Green Hornet is back! Welcome to the game young Mr. Reid. Britt Jr. has donned the mask and taken on the roll of the Hornet. But remember, he's not his father. As Mulan is clobbering the gang, the Hornet decided to "drop in" and "help". Boy, does he have a lot to learn about being a crime fighter. Good stuff... of course, Kato (Mulan) has to bail him out.
We also get to see the Black Beauty in this issue... Mulan is as good of a driver as she is a fighter.
We get a good chase scene here and some funny dialogue between the Hornet and Kato. This relationship is moving in the right direction.
We also get more information about what Hirohito is up to. We know who he is, but we find out who he's in cahoots with. That was a bit of a surprise to me, guess I didn't expect it. That's a good thing tho. When I look back, I should have guessed, but I've been tearing through this series at such a fast pace, I didn't think about it.
This is a key issue I think in this series... we know what's going on now. Now it's a matter of stopping the plot.
I can't help myself... I really like these characters. It's witty, excited. Just want I want in this series.
