I do enjoy Green Arrow stories, but one thing I would like to see more of is just a consistent use of some of his villains. I feel like this gets missed out on a lot, and even when a villain who might have potential is introduced, it's hardly for long.

I like to think, moving forward, Malcolm Meryln will become more a player in the stories of Green Arrow. Likewise, I think it would be interesting to see a return of some other characters with a score to settle with Oliver, such as the latest incarnation of Richard Dragon or Constantine Drakon.

Just seems like they waste a lot of time making characters when they don't use a lot of the established villains much, anyway.

-Shado and Merlyn have been used quite a bit, so that's a start.

-I can't see the Ninth Circle NOT being used in future Green Arrow stories.

-Red Dart and Killer Moth should come back.
