This is a work in-progress Respect Thread for Post-Crisis Green Arrow. I am reading Green Arrow comics for the first time and I will update this Respect Thread when I read more stories. I write a description of the feat below the scan.
Equipment:
A description of Oliver's bow and arrows.

Accuracy:
Shoots someone's hand before they can hit the alarm.
Shoots an arrow down the barrel of an opponent's gun.
Shoots a bird in mid-flight.
Shoots a gun-wielding opponent in the shoulder with an arrow whilst backflipping.
Shoots the suspension wire of a crane.
Shoots two arrows at once and hits two targets.
From land, shoots the butt of a gun wielding by an opponent at sea whilst diving.
Can consistently shoot fish when they jump out of the water.
Shoots the centre of someone's hand when they go to pick up a gun.
Shoots between someone's fingers whilst they are holding a gun.
Shoots an adventurer in the knee.
Whilst on the ground, Oliver hits a gun-wielding opponent's wrist, making them fire at the pilot of the helicopter.
Consistently hits a buoy whilst on a boat.
Oliver's archery target.
After being injured so severely that he requires 300 stitches, Oliver complains that his shot is off by a millimetre or two.
Speed/Reflexes:
Evades gunfire from an assault rifle.
Disarms a trained gun-wielder out to kill him. That was before he had any training or even ended up on the island.
Hits an opponent in the face with a flare arrow, then loads it in his bow and aims it at a group of guards before anyone can react.
Jumps out of a bunker after a grenade had rolled in.
Jumps out the way of gunfire.
Dodges most of Hackett's shots after he pulls out a gun by surprise.
Agility:
Backflips and shoots an arrow simultaneously.
Climbs up a steep ridge.
Strength:
Disarms Hackett and makes him bleed in one punch.
Knocks an opponent out with a kick to the face without wearing any footwear.
One-shots someone with a direct hit to the face.
Unarmed skill:
Puts up a decent fight against Hackett, a former Special Forces operative and drug trafficker without any form of training. He hadn't even been on the island yet.
Stealth:
Sneaks up on Hackett.
Durability:
Survives an explosion.
Sinestro impales Ollie with lots of arrows and uses a hand to throw him around, cracking his ribs, and afterwards Oliver gets up, tells Sinestro to stop attacking Kyle Rayner and uses a Green Lantern ring. Afterwards he requires 300 stitches.
Survival skills:
Makes a bow, arrows and a hood.
Uses his bow to create fire to boil his water on.
Creates a makeshift flare arrow.
Miscellaneous:
Has enough willpower to briefly use a Green Lantern ring.
