Oliver Queen was a spoiled, thrill-seeking playboy, until he was left stranded on a deserted island for several years. There, he trained to become a master archer in order to survive. After his return home, he used his new-found skills and his wealth to became the costumed vigilante known as Green Arrow.
@shadowswordmaster: You should find some of the issues were he takes the mantle after Olivers death. Its actually more of a spiritual journey were Connor try to learn what kind of man his father were by the way of the bow. And hey, its a Dixon, and I haven't read a bad Dixon yet:)
@russellmania77: I do, but I cant give you any promises but: I will try.
Only read a little of Connor in Morrison's JLA. But man, Dixon sure does take a shine to legacy characters.
But nothing in heaven or hell can make me read Green Arrow. Ollie or Connor, there is nothing one can do to make me care about the character on any level. :P
And if you are a Olliver Quinn hater, then Connor might be something for you. He is like anit-Olly. They have NOTHING in common.
The Dix part, obviously. ;)
Ugh I don't know...short of Black Canary I have literally zero interest in the character's world. I'm not a 'hater', I'm just really really apathetic to the entire Arrow family.
