A BRIGHTEST DAY occurs in Star City after the White Ring gives birth to a massive forest downtown at ground zero of Prometheus’ CRY FOR JUSTICE attack. Inside, Green Arrow has taken up residence, determined to end the rampant corruption surrounding the forest. First, he’ll have to face off against the forces of his former company Queen Industries – including their new owner who has a secret connection to the Emerald Archer’s past. Just as the twelve resurrected individuals from BLACKEST NIGHT have a part to play in BRIGHTEST DAY, so does the forest. Green Lantern Hal Jordan guest-stars and don’t miss an ending you’ll never see coming!

F*ck the critics! I say Green Arrow is a good comic 0

I'm tired of the negative reviews Green Arrow is recieving. Yeah we all know he's a copy of Robin Hood, but give it a rest already, for me this series is better than Green Arrow and Black Canary series. And I love Ollie's sense of Humor. Now for the review.   After the ending of the first issue we found Hal Jordan looking for Oliver Quinn and losing his power source because of a White Lantern engraved tree. Well first of all I like the art of the covers in both issues (#1 and #2). The artwork in...

Review: Green Arrow #2 0

Green Arrow and Hal Jordan team up to defend the Star City woods from the new security team at Queen Industries. Featuring a shocking conclusion!  The Good It's a quick, fun book. Krul's writing breezes you through this entertaining issue as we learn a little more about the forest in Star City and that White Lantern tree we saw in issue one. Lots of great action, and lots of Ollie proving why this place is "his forest." For me, the most enjoyable part of this book is Krul's take on Green Ar...

Ollie and Hal team up like the old days 0

Pros:  I like the interaction with Hal and Oliver. Despite everything that has happen with Oliver, Hal still sees him a friend and ally. They share some good humor in this issue as well. The scenario with Hal not able to use his ring was interesting as its very rare to see him without powers. This means he's a normal human like Oliver minus a bow, but that doesn't mean he can't take care of himself. And while Oliver shows Hal around his new home, they're attacked by Queen industries' new polic...
