    Nocenti enters the final stretch of her Green Arrow run. I can't even say she's finished 'ruining the series' because it would've had to have been some sort of good quality before she came on for her to 'ruin' it. Honestly I can actually say she improved the series, if only a fraction. Ann Nocenti has at least had good ideas, it's just that her actual writing has been atrocious. An incomprehensible mess of crappy pacing and bad dialogue.This issue doesn't even have much of those good ideas, just...
