    It's his forest.

The new Green Arrow series and new tie-in to Brightest Day.This one focuses on the forest that Boston grows at the end of Brightest Day # 0.

The Story :We start withGreen Arrow stoping some guys trying to rape a woman. Then we get some information on how the city is now crap ever since Cry for Justice. It seems that the mayor of the police Commissioner Nucodera are basically not helping all the disaster areas in the city.ALso the relief by the gouverment but it was only a photo-op.Then we see that Queen Industries gets a new owner, her name is Isabel Rocher but she screams out "Long Live The Queen".Then we go to a party for all the important people in Star city and it seems that Green Arrow stole all the food from the banquet to give to some refuges. The next day Nucodera gets killed by a person that disguised as a construction worker.Ollie learns this by a reporter. Then we see the mayor goes to the Queen, since he thinks Ollie has something to do with it and the Queen gives his police forces new armor to go stop Ollie. In the last scene we see Hal flying over the forest and when he try land,he crash's in the forest and wonders why this is happening. Also after the DC Nation spot we have a preview that seems to say that Ollie is going to have his own merry men.

The Good :J.T Krul has done great justice with Green Arrow and made me interested with the characters former story's.The Robin Hood influence is abit on the nose but i think it works well Ollie's political view. This new villain the Queen is pretty interesting. The art by Diogenes Never is simply gorgeous.

The Bad :The commissioner sadly died in this issue and i think he could have been a bigger part of this story.

The Verdict :I really liked this issue and i really want to see what happens next.If you ever liked GA or interested in getting into GA this is a great place to start.

The Short and Sweet Review(no spoilers) The Good - I loved this issue! this is my first in introduction to Neves, i loved the writing! This issue was well written, strong diction and syntax. The script had its philosophical moments, and overall the writing was stong, swift and to the point!
